                This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients of 
                GrowMode Media may request refunds or terminate services.
            
            3.1 Refund Eligibility
            
                - Refund requests must be made before the service commencement.
 
                - Once the service has begun, refunds will only be issued for uncompleted work, calculated on a pro-rata basis.
 
                - No refunds will be issued for work already completed, delivered, or approved by the client.
 
            
            3.2 How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
            
                - Submit your request via the “Contact Us” page on our website.
 
                - Alternatively, email us at support@growmodemedia.com.
 
                - Please provide your order number or contract reference in all correspondence for faster processing.
 
            
            3.3 Processing
            
                - Refund requests will be reviewed within seven (7) business days.
 
                - Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 
                - Cancellation notices should be made at least 14 days before the next billing or work cycle to avoid additional charges.
