This Service Delivery Policy governs how digital marketing, SEO, content, website development, and social media management services are provided to clients of GrowMode Media.

1. Service commencement will occur on the agreed start date, as stated in the confirmation email or signed agreement.
2. We will manage your project/accounts according to the strategy and schedule agreed upon during the onboarding process.
3. Clients must provide all necessary content, brand guidelines, and access credentials promptly to avoid service delays.
4. We are not liable for delays or incomplete work caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary materials or timely approvals.
5. All deliverables will be provided through email, shared cloud folders, or directly on the client’s platforms/accounts as agreed.
